An exciting opportunity for an Interim Accountant with Systems implementation and Change Management experience for a well-established and growing company in Northampton.

The company have been through a period of growth due to acquisitions and mergersand are now in the process of bringing all the companies onto SAGE.Warner Recruitment are super excited to be working with this growing business to recruit for a Project Accountant who is very experienced in successfully implementing new systems and canadvise and drive the project to completion.


Project Accountant - Systems Implementation and Change Management

Duties include:


  • Move all companies to SAGE form different Sage variants and SAP
  • Build a project plan with senior management
  • Implement and improve system processes
  • Consolidation of stock management
  • Action the migration of Direct Debits across to GoCardLess
  • Ensuring all Cost Centre's and Departments are set up correctly to the central company
  • Merge companies into central company and close the businesses down
  • At the end of the project there will be one central company (no holding companies)
  • Change the bank account for central company
  • Ensure payments can be loaded directly on to the bank system
  • Managing intercompany processes
  • Ensure all manual Excel spreadsheets are moved to SAGE
  • Move the fixed asset register on to SAGE

Person:

  • Qualified/ Part Qualified in ACCA/ CIMA/ACA/ Qualified by Experience
  • Experience in systems implementation andChange Management
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in working with and presenting to senior executive
  • Organised, able to manage own work and resolve issues
  • Track record of working within similar projects
