We have over 20 years experience in the architectural design sector in New Zealand and abroad and have recently established a UK branch of our global company focused on delivering outstanding BIM services to Architects.

We are looking for a marketing star to help us grow our business throughout New Zealand.

You could be already involved in the design sector, you could be running your own design business (and want to service more clients but don't want to take on more staff) or you could just be someone with an interest in good design.

The position is flexible therefore you can put in as much or as little time as you want or need.

While primarily the position would be about finding clients and dealing with them through the initial stage of a project, depending on your skills you could take on some additional hourly based work as well.

What would we want from you?:

• Find new clients using whatever means / strengths you have, whether you are a social media guru, someone with a lot of contacts or someone in the industry it is up to you how you find new leads. You can even use our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages to help.
• All you have to do is build relationships and develop business leads, we will deal with the rest.

For this we will pay you a commission once the client has paid their account in full (we bill monthly or upon completion whichever is first) and we will pay a commission for the life of the client, whether you work for us still or not.

In addition to the commission work depending on your skills there could be additional work paid on an hourly basis.

The type of additional work can be discussed with the successful applicant, but could involve a number of tasks from taking site levels, to draughting work or specialist design such as kitchens, interiors, landscapes, etc.

What sort of Clients are we looking for ?

We are looking for architects, designers, developers and construction companies who want to outsource any of their Design / BIM work to a team of experts in delivery of BIM projects.

Type of work that we commonly take on is as follows:

• BIM Modelling in ArchiCAD building BIM models and preparing building consent / construction documentation from these models.

• BIM Management

• Model federation, clash detection, issue management to ensure that projects go smoothly at the construction stage.

• BIM Consulting

• Advising Architectural practices on good BIM protocols, developing templates and general BIM advice.
• Rendering preparation of 3D and VR imagery for projects both still and motion graphics.

You can work from home from wherever you want and the actual hours and days will be completely up to you.
