Customer Focused Office Manager & Assistant to Directors

Salary D.O.E.


Enthusiastic person with great customer service skills and a good sense of humour required for dynamic property company based in Hove.

Great attention to detail and property experience preferred. Must live locally.

  • Main point of contact between new homeowners and Cayuga to act as liaison between homeowner and building contractors in order to remedy snags and defects
  • Act as main point of contact for local council Travel Plans
  • Liaise with solicitors, managing agents and estate agents on all property matters
  • Manage and liaise with estate agents following up sales interest and sales progression
  • Check and organise all utility and council tax bills for new builds
  • Book & organise, travel, restaurants & hotels when required
  • Personal matters for Directors relating to cars, homes
  • Book shared meeting room using Time Tree Calendar and check daily if the meeting room is required
  • Organise repairs and servicing at Cayuga House
  • Liaise with local IT company when issues arise
  • Keep stationery stocked
  • Keep paper and/or efiling systems
  • Display up to date TV Licence, Employers Liability Insurance
  • Manage meetings internally and externally as required
  • Greet visitors and offer them drinks on arrival
  • Liaise with cleaners on any cleaning issues at Cayuga House
  • Keep a holiday calendar for staff on payroll
  • Keep an up to date list of company information (SPVs and company registration numbers)
  • Liaise with the other office & café over any building maintenance issues
  • Keep office kitchen clean
  • Keep supplies of drinks and snacks up to date likewise cleaning supplies for cleaners
  • Check post box daily and distribute post. Open Cayuga post and date stamp
  • Take out recycling weekly

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
