Credit Admin Officer - London, United Kingdom - Quantum Group
Description
Duties:
- Ensuring that the appropriate legal documents are provided prior to any loan completion (legal charge, facility agreement, guarantee )
- Ensuring that the facility agreement align with approvals and that the conditions precedent have been met prior to the release of funds.
- Booking and monitoring loan covenants as part of early warning signs.
- Monitoring and reporting past dues and other payment irregularities.
- Maintaining a database of various trackers.
- Monitoring the fulfilment of conditions subsequent.
- Monitoring and updating loan and collateral limits on the system.
- Aiding the risk function on various projects (annual reviews, regulatory reporting.)
- Providing periodic reports to head office (title deed stress tests, status of approvals, NPL )
Required skills:
- Prior experience as part of a risk function in a financial institution.
- Familiarity with credit documentation for corporate and retail loans.
- Familiarity with loan protections for bilateral and syndicate deals.
- Experience in financial analysis
- Experience in UK mortgages.
- Advanced excel skills (VBA, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables )
- Experience in Islamic banking a plus
- Experience in regulatory reporting a plus.
