Reckitt's group Treasury is a global function, with a Cash Flow in excess of £10 Billion.

The Treasury Assistant will be responsible for preparing loan agreements, posting of daily accounting, and the set-up of static data relating to intercompany loans.

This role will also support the Treasury Manager and Assistant Treasurer when required, and support with ad hoc projects.

  • Playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, you'll be responsible for the maintenance of the cash loan limits, running the report and preparing the letter of limit increase

You will:

  • Be responsible for preparing loan agreements, recording, and updating the master loan tracker with new reference information, and the archiving of signed loan agreements.
  • Manage the preparation of day pack for review, systems maintenance & data cleansing, MT940 bank account validation on audit log.
  • Be responsible for posting of daily accounting in IT2 and preparing and updating the input log for finance. Assisting with the monthly accounting queries by generating missing/additional accounting entries after identification.
  • Setup of bank accounts in It2 after verification.
  • Checking daily FX rates are imported into IT2 without errors.
  • Setup static data in IT new entities, new banks, cash loan accounts, etc.
  • Maintenance of static data in IT2 in relation to cash loans, setup of associated nominal ledger templates and linking of bank account mappings.
  • Supporting backoffice processes when needed, such as Mysis confirmation matching, intercompany netting, commitment fees & ad hoc loan queries from the Tax team.

  • Have effective verbal and written communication skills

  • The business language in Reckitt is English; therefore, fluency in English is essential.
