Customer Sales Administrator - NR- Hybrid - Monday to Friday hours - £ great benefits
The Sales Administrator will provide both clerical and administrative support to the busy friendly sales team. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the department. The primary responsibility of the Sales Administrator willbe to manage all areas of the administration.
The Sales Administrator will maintain an accurate database of customer information such as billing details, and will keep updated records of sales figures on a weekly basis.
This role is a key point of contactfor customers, who may need assistance with orders, requests and queries, so being able to handle and prioritise the influx of customer requests is a must.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel etc.
