Monday - Thursday.

10:30 - 18:30

  • Ensuring key machinery is continually running, to maintain efficient operating effectiveness
  • Ensuring a smooth startup, and tidy work area at finish and transition for the next shift.
  • To communicate, follow and convey our values to operatives in your department
  • To produce high quality products not 'okay' or 'alright.' Something you would buy
  • To train those in your department to operating procedures and continually ensure operatives know what they are doing / clarify any job instruction or customer requirement
  • Resolve minor disputes, nonadherence to procedures or poor standard of working with informal action, prior to raising it with your Supervisor / Manager
  • Ensure any bakery equipment are working correctly and effectively, and report any instances where this is not the case
  • To ensure that the established methods of operation and standards of output, quality and hygiene are known to all process operatives within the department and are adhered to at all times.
  • To communicate any changes in the production plan to all relevant personnel.
  • Accurately complete all Bakery documentation including process control sheets, cleaning schedules. To ensue food safety, legality and quality requirements are met.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Production Managers from time to time.
  • To leave a tidy area prior to leaving for the day for your specified area

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £13.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week
