ADMIN & SALES ASSISTANT

We are a local small events company looking for an extra pair of hands with admin tasks.
We are seeking a full time Administrator & Sales Assistant to start with us as soon as possible.

We require someone Mon - Friday for 08:30 - 17:00 per day. This position is ideally Self Employed, invoiced weekly. Permanent position.

We have an exciting role become available for a fast moving business in Farnham.

We are looking for a bubbly, hard working & passionate person whom can assist in day to day admin operations.

We specialise in Local Event hire, specifically in Weddings.

  • General Administration (Calls, Booking inputs etc)
  • Customer Support via Helpdesk system & Social Media
  • Liaising with suppliers & keeping up to date with stock
  • Using Microsoft Excel & Word (must have experience)
  • Invoicing via our sales system (training provided)
  • Scheduling events & arranging staff
  • Basic Credit Control
The role will be office based.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Freelance


Salary:
£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
