to join us at our client site in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
Our client is a large international car manufacturer.
As a Night Shift Controller you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Night Shift Controller]:
- Ensure the protection of company staff, guests, and assets through a diligent monitoring of Access Control System, alarms, CCTV, Incident Management Systems and Dispatch Response officers as required.
- Document and record alarms and security activity observed during scheduled shift and escalated incidents
- Carry out policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
- Forge effective relationships with colleagues to achieve goals
- Other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned by Inchcape Security management
- Make intelligent decisions in a manner that reflects maturity, patience, intelligence,and a cogent interpretation of all meaningful information.

- DS & CCTV SIA Licence
- Knowledge and familiarity with computers and security equipment, including CCTV systems. PIR alarms,
- Basic understanding in incident response, Crisis Management, Incident Management, Emergency
- Flexibility to work nontraditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operation.
- Control room experience.
- Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, as well as individually.
- Strong time management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail capabilities.
- Ability to master the company's computerbased technologies.
- Control room experience
- 1+ years of experience working with access control, CCTV monitoring, incident management technology.
- The flexibility to work any assigned shift and to attend meetings and training sessions.
- Data analytics and reporting experience for running current analytics and the creation of new reports.
