Salary:
£31,200 per annum

About Us:

Bright Starts Childcare Group is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker at our brand-new home in Luton.

Led by a passionate Registered Manager, supported by an experienced Responsible Individual (RI), and guided by a driven Director, our organisation is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children in our residential setting.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual who shares our commitment and enthusiasm to join us as a Senior Residential Support Worker.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of highquality care to children in our residential setting.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
Support and engage with children in recreational and educational activities.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure the overall wellbeing of each child.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar senior role, with a background in residential childcare.
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the issues affecting children in care.
Passion for personal and professional development.
Hold a valid driving licence.
