London

Up to £100,000 + Comprehensive Benefits**This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Risk or Pricing Analytics specialist with credit card experience to have a huge impact on their unsecured consumer lending book.

You'll have complete strategy ownership, leading analytical projects involvingbuilding models, finding trends, forecasting performance and driving insights into pricing strategy and portfolio performance.

They are looking for an innovative approach to increasing book value and profitability whilst ensuring good customer outcomes.

THE COMPANY

A london-based bank seeking an experienced Pricing or Credit Cards Analytics Manager to manage and deliver pricing and credit risk strategies.

You'll be working closely with the Director and have regular interaction with the C-level and a variety of seniorstakeholders, getting buy-in and driving business strategy.

You'll need a strong coding and highly numerate background, but also will need excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with various senior stakeholders and develop the team.

THE ROLE:

Ownership of pricing strategy and accountability for optimising book value across existing customers
Lead projects and crossfunctional teams to forecast the impact of pricing strategy changes on portfolio performance and the PnL
Development of valuedriven analytics function, building and using NPV models to drive profitable decisions
Develop datadriven insights into Pricing strategy and Pricing model performance including on Product Upgrades and Repricing
Increase automation within the Pricing function through data analytics and implementation of new technology
Manage stakeholder relationships with executive committee with regular meetings with Directors
Contribute to wider business decisions

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Numerate degree from an accredit university
Excellent stakeholder skills
Strong credit card knowledge and experience
Experience developing Pricing or Credit Risk strategies in a banking, payments, insurance, travel or retail environment
Proficient in SQL, R, Python, SAS or similar
Advance Excel skills
Outgoing personality with strong communication, stakeholder and people management skills
