  • Conducting research of key, I&D topics, identifying best practices, and developing presentations and materials to showcase critical information to advance the I&D strategy
  • Tracking and identifying key I&D metrics and trends for the organization to create reports, presentations, or scorecards that communicate the progress and support of the company's I&D commitment and initiatives
  • Providing support for submissions for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), external I&D surveys and government reporting
  • Other related duties assigned as needed

What you bring:

  • Selfstarter with passion, energy, and enthusiasm for making change in a large organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and nontechnical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and tell effective, compelling stories about strategy, initiatives, programs, and people
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and change direction as needed in a fastmoving environment
