The Company
This Site Managers role is with one of the UK's leading main contractors. Operating primarily in the new build residential sector with projects ranging in value from £10 - £200m. Typical project types span most private and public sector works and this roleis within their Southern division that covers London and Home Counties


The Role


The initial project that you will be working on is a £120 phased new build RC Frame scheme in West London.

For this role is essential that you have previous new build experience.

You will be responsible for managing:

  • Health and Safety
  • Multiple works packages
  • Daily site works
  • Short term programming
  • Management of subcontractors
  • Site Logistics
  • Supervise junior site management staff
