Description

Duties:

  • Reconciling bank statements and assisting with the preparation of a daily BACS file for immediate pension related payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of the VAT return;
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies,
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register as well as undertaking other duties to support the work of the team.

Essential Criteria:


  • Five GCSEs at grade C or above (to include English Language and Mathematics)
  • At least six months work experience (any environment office, retail, hospitality).
  • Experience in an accounts/office environment would be preferred but is not essential and ideally the person would have an interest in working in a finance/accounts type role (again, not essential).
  • Must have good numeracy skills, be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and be able to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to use MS Office products ie Word, Excel, Outlook.

£ £12.91 per hour
