    An experienced HR Coordinator is required to join a dynamic team.

    • This role involves providing support to the HR and Talent Advisors in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.

    Key Responsibilities



    • The successful candidate will be responsible for producing correspondence, handling telephone queries, maintaining personnel information, administering medical questionnaires and Occupational Health, responding to reference requests and proof of employment correspondence.

    • In addition, they will administer new starter probationary review forms, take notes at meetings as required and conduct exit interviews while coordinating the leaver process. They will also complete reports on zero hours and holiday entitlements.

    • The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business. They should be proactive and professional with attention to detail.

    • The job requires providing end-to-end administration services for employees including managing holiday systems, maintaining employee records such as contractual changes on files managed by them.
