Permanent Position

37.5 hours, Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4pm, Friday: 7:30am-1pm (Flexible hours)

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Manager? Do you have experience within the Aerospace Industry? If so, our client is one of the leading global manufacturers of aerospace parts, including temperature, speed, and pressure sensors.

They are looking forsomeone who has strong Quality Management experience and knowledge within the aerospace industry, confident managing a team, great communication with customers.


Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of Quality Assurance for Inspection, Despatch Release and Calibration.
  • Manage a Quality Assurance Team and report on key performance indicators and major issues.
  • Confidently manage the inspection of parts and implement quality processes.
  • Review, adapt and implement old and new processes to ensure high quality standard is adhered to and compile and review FAIRs.
  • Assess and approve concessions/production permits internally and with the customer.
  • Review and approve source changes with respect to customer and internal requirements.
  • Be responsible as the main point of contact for any quality related issues from customers and ensure these are dealt with efficiently.

Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager will require the following experience:


Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:


  • Experience within a precious Quality Manager role
  • Previously worked within the Aerospace industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical/electronic parts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Wellversed with the compilation/review of FAIRs to AS910
  • Understanding of AS9100, Part 21 Subpart G and PPAP
  • 8D and DMAIC practitioner level
