It all started in 2019. Our founders David (Blair) and Simon (West) had a vision for a progressive recruitment business.

They set out with the aim of building a business which approached recruitment differently; by treating their team as adults and givingthem the autonomy to manage their own desks.

Now with 20 employees, they have built a boutique search business focused on portfolio & equity houses and high growth businesses.

We are a team of high performing, aspirational, talented and fun professionals. We deliver work to an exceptional standard for our clients, building lasting relationships and offering consultation when needed.
