Role Overview:

G Force Global Ltd. is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.


Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.

This role can be part time (minimum 15 hours/week) or full time.

We offer hybrid work environment, with office work couple of times a week.


Responsibilities

  • Balance and maintain accounting information
  • Credit card statement reconciliation
  • Raise, send and cross check monthly invoices
  • Manage payments
  • Add new clients to the systems
  • Assist with Credit Control
  • Supporting our internal team with project finances
  • Manage HQ expenses: entry and tally of receipts
  • Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
  • Carry out monthly financial reporting
  • Help calculate and file quarterly VAT returns with the company accountants

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 3 years' experience working in an accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Proficiency in accountancy software, preferably QuickBooks

Remuneration:
£20,000 - £30,000
(depending on experience)
