Description

• Ensure staff are trained and competent to do their work
• Implement software and develop work processes which ensure the regular monitoring of H&S processes within the organisation.
• Liaise with existing and new subcontractors and ensure that they are all meeting the H&S requirements of the organisation.
• Establish and Implement a process for new employees with regards to H&S
• Establish and Implement processes for existing employees with regards to H&S
• Regular Site Visits to ensure that H&S standards are being met.
• Ted Talks with staff on site.
• Establish and Implement a site safety procedure which is carried out across all sites.
• Investigate any gaps in processes and ensure that we are working to the highest standard.
• A bachelor's degree in a field such as occupational health and safety or environmental health OR 3 years experience working specifically in the construction sector.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Meticulousness in attention to detail
• Active listening, research, analysis and decision making skills.
• Excellent Problem Solving skills
• Be able to drive and have a mode of transport
