Are you an experience and versatile Campaign Marketing Manager looking for a new opportunity?


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the senior marketing team to create and manage effective multichannel campaigns to underpin the business strategy
  • Prepare and manage the campaign tactical plan to enable all parties to keep up to date and easily track the progress and material needed for campaigns
  • Take the lead on specific campaigns and promotions, generating the brief, at all times building product and brand awareness and adhering to brand guidelines
  • Work with product management and our internal copywriter to prepare necessary material to support new product launches, tradeshows and event. Share and obtain signoff from key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the planning of tradeshow stands or events, together with other members of the Marketing team
  • Manage the ongoing development of the website together with the Web Developer and Marketing Assistant, keeping it fully maintained (including any amendments and updates to copy and images, via the content management system (WordPress)); advise on optimisationfor SEO/SEM and conduct keyword research where appropriate
  • Work together with the Creative team to develop creative briefs and guide direction for advertising and publicfacing comms including print, digital and video assets to fit within the campaigns, as well as any merchandise required, and be involved in forecastingprint requirements and overseeing the process with the Creative team
  • Liaise with relevant publishing houses annually to negotiate paidfor campaigns
  • Work with the Marketing Assistant and the senior marketing team to set goals and track progress for campaigns; analyse Google Analytics for web traffic and campaign insights to inform on strategies used and optimise accordingly; produce monthly reportsas required
  • Analyse the data from the different campaigns and see how we can use NetSuite to segment and target for tailored messaging to specific audiences, use this data to inform new campaigns
  • Oversee quality control processes with our internal copywriter and creative teams to ensure that all marketing communications are of a high visual and written standard in line with brand and style guidelines

Essential Qualifications:


  • Degree in marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3 years B2B marketing experience either inhouse or agency developing campaigns
  • Extremely strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Experience proofing marketing material
  • Demonstrable analytical skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Basic experience using desktop publishing and graphic design tools
  • An eye for detail and an understanding of design
  • Highly competent with Microsoft office, in particular PowerPoint and Word
