The Ocean Partnership have been retained to recruit a Client Implementation Manager for a top tier investment management firm in London on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to support a range of products from a client onboarding and change management perspective in an environment that is experiencing substantial growth.

As the Client Implementation Manager you will be the central point of contact for all aspects of client on
- boarding and end to end fund implementation tasks.

Key Remits:
Co-ordinating end-to-end implementation of new client mandates including drafting and business approval of fund operating documentation
Providing final quality checks on legal documentation in line with client requirements
Designing and implementing business processes and procedures to support effective onboarding
Working with product specialists on new product launches to define regulatory and product specific requirements

Experience:

Experience providing an exceptional level of client service within the investment management industry in a fund implementation/ transitions function
Demonstrable track record of building significant relationships with senior external contacts
Strong broad fund range experience required
Project Management knowledge/experience
Detailed Institutional Investment product knowledge and Index funds knowledge
Highly organised with a proactive attitude and a proven ability to work on your own initiative
