up to £42,000pa
An excellent opportunity to work with a renowned education institution as an Employee Relations Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Providing advice and guidance on employment policies and practices
- Supporting and advising Managers on ER casework
- Undertaking administrative activities to support ER case management
- Establishing and developing effective professional relationships
Skills required:
- CIPD desirable
- ER casework experience
- Experience advising and supporting Managers on ER cases
- Experience supporting with change processes
