An excellent opportunity to work with a renowned education institution as an Employee Relations Advisor.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing advice and guidance on employment policies and practices
  • Supporting and advising Managers on ER casework
  • Undertaking administrative activities to support ER case management
  • Establishing and developing effective professional relationships

Skills required:

  • CIPD desirable
  • ER casework experience
  • Experience advising and supporting Managers on ER cases
  • Experience supporting with change processes
