OFFICE MANAGER / MANAGER
Are you an experienced office manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you want to work with a dynamic team in a successful and growing business?
We are partnering with an excellent company, based in Northamptonshire and due to expansion, our team is looking to recruit an experienced office manager to take on a variety of business responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daytoday office management.
- Financial administration including invoicing and tracking business expenses, negotiating.
- Supporting the operations, customer service and quality and compliance teams when required.
- Assist with the management of business compliance and contractors.
- Purchasing and maintaining office/ IT equipment.
- Using a range of business support software.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous office/finance/quality management experience
- Excellent IT skills and experience of full Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks independently and work under pressure
- Ability to work well as part of a busy team
- A good eye for detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per year
