We will give you all the technical skills required to help us train technical talent from tech & non-tech backgrounds for new roles across a wide variety of technologies.

Responsibilities:


  • Devise technical training programs according to organisational requirements.
  • Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
  • Determine course content according to objectives.
  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
  • Arrange for and conduct onsite training when needed.
  • Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
  • Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
  • Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
  • Continuous improvement of our trainees, our materials, and most importantly you

  • Thrive in a processdriven environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Offer ideas for change and improvement
  • Are adept at building rapport with diverse individuals
  • Hold a Computer Science or related degree with a 2:1 and above
  • Have strong technical skills in Cyber Security
  • Are proficient in programming languages, Linux and Bash Scripting. It would be great if you have experience in Cloud & DevOps

this role will require you to obtain Security Clearance (SC)


Job Types:
Full-time, Graduate


Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year
