Assistant Management Accountant | Hybrid | Permanent | Salary: Depends on experience

My client is a manufacturing business


The role
My client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Management.

They are looking for an individual to take responsibility for the creation, analysis and reporting of financial information relating to manufacturing overheads and waste.

You will provide supportto the Finance team and wider Controlling team for weekly, monthly, budgeted and forecasted info.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Business partner designated functions as necessary
  • Preparation and reporting of financial information
  • Budgeting / forecasting / product costing / variance analysis
  • Business partner designated functions within site to understand their processes and engage in their performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting and stock and wastage analysis and reporting, reconciliations relating to weighbridge / stocks as necessary.
  • Ensure all management information is provided in a clear, accurate and timely manner and identify and drive forward process changes and improvements within your remit.
  • Support the site and wider manufacturing function to meet targets.
Key skills & experience

  • Essential
  • AAT or part qualified finance
  • Strong excel skills
  • SAP experience
  • Manufacturing experience
