Our client based in Birmingham City Centre are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work with their Secretarial team within Corporate Litigation.
The role they're recruiting for is an Administration Assistant in a fully office-based environment.The role entails:
- Copying and scanning where required
- Distribution of post
- Opening and closing files
- Generating electronic bundles for Courts and other parties
- General administration
- Producing management reports for clients
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong grammar, attention to detail and spelling.
- Excellent IT skills and experience using MS Word, PDF and Outlook.
- Confidence with a strong desire to learn and develop skills.
- Commitment to keeping matters confidential.
- Ability to selfmotivate.
- Flexibility to meet deadlines, possibility of working earlier, later or throughout the lunchtime period.
