Description
We're looking for an Administrator to join the Kier Places Facilities Management team based at our Trowbridge office.Within this role, you can enjoy access to our Kier SmartSpending App, a 24/7 GP Service, Life Assurance for four times your salary and even more.

Permanent, part time, 24 hours per week. Exact hours to be confirmed
Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will be providing operational administrative support to the contract to enable the Contract and Project Management team to deliver projects across the portfolio
Your day to day will include:
- Liaising with clients, helpdesk, sub-contractors and operational staff to ensure that project activities are delivered to contractual requirements
- Assisting the Contract Manager with financial systems and information including Excel spreadsheet, raising Purchase Orders and obtaining information from subcontractors
- Regularly reviewing project task progress in the Kier helpdesk and updating the Concept maintenance task system
- Providing helpdesk cover when required

This role of Administrator is great for you if you:
- Have a proficient understanding in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Can collate information from various sources and create reports
- Have previous administrative experience and have worked in an office environment
