- This is a hybrid role 2 days per week working in the office3 days at home
My clientis a management and recruitment consultancy operating across the country, with a focus on housing, social care, sports and leisure, and charities.
The busy central services need a well organisedAdministrator with a strong eye for detail andan ability to consistently produce quality work at pace to join the team.
You will support the business manager withadministration and some finance related administrative tasks including processing all transactions on our QuickBooks accounts system.
You'll be a quick learner and bring a can-do attitude, excellent communication and organisational skills, and be confident in taking the initiative to make sure the administration is first class.
For this role you ideally need 'A level ' standard of education or equivalentprevious professional experience of operating accounts administrative and data systems Confident online using web based internet tools
Ability to build business relationships with clients and associatesable it input data accurately and maintain office data systems
ability to work with large sets of excel data
This role would suit someone who has some experience in an administration role where attention to detail is key.
