We are a brand new property tech start-up looking for a part-time Marketing Lead to create and execute a launch strategy for our new brand and product that is set to disrupt the current workflow around property transactions.

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to ensure the successful launch of our new product.

You will work closely with the founders to understand the unique selling points of the product and develop messaging that resonates with our target audience.

You will also be responsible for creating and executing a go-to-market strategy that will drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to launch our new brand and product
• Collaborate with product development team to understand key features and benefits of the product
• Develop messaging that resonates with our target audience
• Create and execute a gotomarket strategy that drives awareness, adoption, and revenue growth
• Analyse and report on marketing performance to inform future campaigns
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices
• Run focus groups and other measures to gather feedback on the product, and new features

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field / or Qualified by Experience
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product launches and gotomarket strategies
• Experience in the property industry
• Proven track record of working in the development and execution of successful marketing campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This position will be a hybrid position as needed, you will need to attend some in person meetings and events but we also fully support working around the schedule of families and other work life balance needs.

This is a part-time role with the potential to become a full-time position as the company grows.

Salary and Benefits

• 40,000k pa prorated (24,000pa for 3 days a week)
• 25 days Annual Leave prorated + Bank Holidays
• Annual Bonus (dependent on the companies financial performance).
