Credit Controller - Liverpool, United Kingdom - Adele Carr
Description
We are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join a friendly team located in the Knowsley area.
This role will be on a part-time basis supporting with the timely collection of payments, overdue accounts and other credit related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Implement and maintain effective credit control processes and policies.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment terms, overdue accounts, and payment arrangements.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and collections efforts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in credit assessments for new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in credit control or a related finance role.
- Knowledge of credit management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
