Want to be part of this? We are currently recruiting for a
Supported Housing Assistant to join our Supported Housing team - who work proactively with customers to successfully maintain their tenancies, in order to move on to a more permanent accommodation via the local borough's housing register.


What you'll achieve in the role:
The focus of this role is on tenancy management, data and customers.

We will count on you to support team members to manage issues relating to tenancy law, including lettings, low level arrears and disputes.

You will also be expected to support community events and liaise with housing choice regarding voids and lettings.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrationbased support for the team, taking calls when colleagues are out of the office, and for the lettings process
  • Support improvements to IT systems, in particular tenancyrelated processes
  • Work with colleagues in other teams to assist with the delivery of the support service
  • Achieve targets for responding to customer queries and monitoring all actions on Raven's housing management system or other IT systems
  • To work within Raven's Health and Safety policies and procedures

What you'll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience of providing administrative support
  • Educated in Maths and English
  • Excellent customer service, IT and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational, time management and administrative abilities

If you're new to the industry, it's no problem If you have the skills and the right attitude, we can train you to be successful

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
