Are you a passionate, people focused Fashion / Jewellery Store Manager in the Chester area who is looking to join a great company?

Our client is looking for a passionate, vibrant people person to join their team.

So what does the role of Store Manager involve?

  • As a Store Manager, you will have experience of managing multiple service led sales environments from a number of product categories such as jewellery fashion, luxury retail or electrical sales.
  • Provide regular coaching and support to your team, encouraging development both professionally and personally.
  • As a people focused manager you will give direction and guidance to all members of your team members within your store to ensure there is a consistent customer and operational focus within the team.
  • You will be a brand ambassador with the confidence in your own ability to deliver the required results through your store teams and your leadership skills.
  • Maximise store profitability and performance exceeding sales at every opportunity
What qualities will you need for this role of Store Manager?

  • You are passionate about people and coaching others supporting their development.
  • You are an inspirational leader with successful store management experience within a branded retail environment.
  • You will love leading your team and have very high expectations for customer service and be detail focused. Being on the shop floor, being VERY hands on and making sure your stores are the best on the high street is what you should constantly have in mind.
  • You are a creative individual who is always seeking new and innovative ways to attract your target audience.
  • The ability to problem solve and make decisions
  • Good commercial awareness and strong communication skills
