Cleveland House is a 32 bed hospital for people who may have had a variety of physical disabilities as well as either acquired brain injuries, intellectual / learning disabilities, or mental illnesses associated with conditions such as epilepsy or sensory impairment.


Clinical care is provided to men and women over the age of 18 in a homely environment by a close knit team of dedicated staff.

Therapy is focused on working with residents to improve their quality of life within a caring, safe and supporting atmosphere and in a way that is sensitive to each individual's needs.

Full time fixed term until 1st August 2024


We are looking for an administrator to join our team at Cleveland House, Southport, to support the team in delivering a first class caring service.


As site administrator you will provides efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the home, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.

The role holder will need have exceptional organisation, time management, reception and clerical skills.


Duties include:


Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using the Priory Payroll systems working in conjunction with the Central Payroll Function.

Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, deal with suppliers on a regular basis.
The post holder will be responsible for petty cash reconciliation and dealing with client monies.
The post holder will deal with incoming queries to the service and must have excellent customer service skills.
Undertake preparation for meetings and take minutes at meetings as requested.
Undertake diary management.
