Vision Consortium Services is a fast growing business.

We're on the lookout for a superstar Business Services Administrator to join us and be instrumental in some of the exciting plans we have.


Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting Human Recourses with Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
  • Daily running of the office, ensuring that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Offering general support to other teams and departments that may need it.
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages and connecting calls to proper departments
  • Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding
  • Preparing plans to help streamline and improve business operations
  • Living and breathing our four core values.

Core Skills:


  • Strong organisational skills.
  • High standards of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • IT literate using MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Processdriven.
  • A positive cando attitude and willingness to learn new things.
  • Time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • A good standard of education.
