Working alongside a diverse client base including major blockchain protocols, large stock exchange groups, global digital payments companies, and government bodies amongst many others, the Appold team work closely with their clients to provide hands on project management and specialist advice on all areas of blockchain and Web3, helping bridge the gap been traditional finance and digital solutions.

The industry is fast-paced as technology and regulation constantly evolve, and as the organisation grows we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Associate.

What we are looking for:

As our Senior Associate, you will work collaboratively with the Appold team on a diverse range of key client projects.

This could include project management, researching opportunities and solutions, business analysis, and operational due diligence.

While supported by the team, you will be expected to manage your workload, and say no when you have too much on your plate We will expect you to own your mistakes, rely on the knowledge of the team, and most importantly speak up when you need supportand guidance.

Due to the often confidential nature of our work, our preference would be for our Senior Associate to be based at our Mayfair office or clients site 5 days per week, however flexibility would be considered if required.

What we will ask you to do:
As a Senior Associate your responsibilities would be highly varied and dependent on client requirements but could include:

• Collaborating with senior colleagues and clients to identify and manage the integration of client solutions to the highest standards.
• Project management of client solutions including project tracking, ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timetables, and tasks are completed to client specifications.
• Developing relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer support at all times.
• Implementing and maintaining status reports, and communicating progress to clients and Appold senior leadership.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and continuously improving project management processes and procedures.
• Assisting in the research of Appold market reports.
• Occasional travel and attendance at conferences as required.
• Anything else that might be required for the success of Appold as an organisation as requested by Appold senior leadership.

What we are looking for:

• Although a deep understanding of the blockchain industry is not necessary, a strong interest in technology and market dynamics is essential. We will supply ongoing education and training in the role.
• Experience in business analysis or project management, ideally with a technology focus.
• Excellent communication with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.

Salary:
£50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
