We have an exciting opportunity to join Optima UK as an Account Manager for our Professional Services Division.

Due to continued growth, our Professional Services team are looking to add to their already thriving division. They require an individual who is comes from a strong Professional Services environment with excellent Account Management skills.

The Role:

Our Professional Services team specialise in the placement of temporary and permanent staff within roles such as HR, Finance & Accountancy, Legal, Management, Sales & Marketing and Administration staff amongst many others.

On a daily basis, your day to day responsibilities will include:

Account Management of clients, maintaining an existing relationship and development of new contacts
Identifying businesses that are hiring to pass across to the Business Development Team
Advertising on job boards and using other social media methods, working closely with our Marketing team.
Building relationships and account management skills
Personable, energetic and selfdriven
Confident with both telephone skills and written communication
Able to work within a fastpaced environment
Team Player
