Description
We are looking to recruit a Office Coordinator (Home Ownership).Hyde is one of the UK's largest housing providers, working across London and the South East.
With a turnover of £450m and 50,000 homes under management, the Home Ownership Coordinator will provide a high quality and comprehensive support service to the HomeOwnership Team (HOT) reviewing, allocating and monitoring workload and correspondence from multiple sources.
Key Responsibilities of a Office Coordinator (Home Ownership):
- Work with internal teams to assist with data entry, monitoring Homeowner information.
- Highlighting any areas of concern to the Home Ownership Management Team (HOMT).
- Generate HOT's key performance indicators for the HOMT.
- Income Management including payment management, banking, and team income reconciliation.
- Overseeing and reviewing income management and other financial processes.
- Contribute to HOT Management procedure reviews, acting as the support specialist within the team.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience working in an Office Coordinator or Administrative role.
- Experience working closely with Leaseholders and Freeholders.
- Knowledge of MS Office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask time management.
- Reliable with patience and professionalism.
- Knowledge of office management workflows/procedures and systems.
