Role:


We are currently searching for a versatile and seasoned Commercial Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution and management of virtual events (webinars) aimed at driving new leads and raising the profile of Reeves.

As the owner of our digital communications, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing our comprehensive digital communications strategy.


Your primary focus will be on creating and shaping our digital communications roadmap, devising and executing strategies that generate new leads and enhance our online visibility.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the development and implementation of commercial marketing strategies under the guidance of the Head of Marketing and Commercial Director.
  • Oversee the execution of our virtual event programme, ensuring communications are optimised to drive conversions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a digital communications role.
  • Experience in managing successful virtual events that drive conversions.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp (or equivalent), virtual event hosting platforms, Wix and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of SEO.
  • Proven experience in content management.
  • Effective project and time management skills, with a particular emphasis on planning, prioritising, and meeting deadlines.

Supplemental pay types:


  • Up to £8,000 annual performance bonus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

  • Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
