Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary:

your own vehicle and a driving license will be required.

Requirements:

2
+ years of hands on maintenance experience.

Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related computer software
Knowledge of Electricals,heating, fire safety and plumbing is necessary
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Bristol work authorization not required.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
