Remuneration: As Asbestos surveyor, you'll receive a salary of between £23,000 and £30,000, depending on experience.
SGS has a brilliant new job opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor to join their hard working and friendly team.
As an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst you will be joining a team responsible for the delivery of Asbestos Services, including; Asbestos Surveys, Asbestos Analysis, Building Surveying, Health and Safety, Environmental Monitoring, Asbestos Monitoring, Asbestos Training and Asbestos Testing.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you will need previous experience working within an Asbestos Surveyor role.
In addition to this, to be successful in the role of Asbestos Surveyor you will need excellent knowledge of UK asbestos legislation and an excellent understanding of air monitoring, clearance testing and asbestos removal management.
In addition to the above you will also need to demonstrate the following:
- P402 Certificates
- Full current driving license for use in the UK
- Understanding the risks associated with Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM).
- In depth knowledge of asbestos containing materials and where they can be found in houses, buildings and other structures.
The following would be desirable but not essential:
- P403, P404 Certificates
