Personal Assistant (0712):
We're currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Edinburgh office on a full time, permanent basis.
This role falls within our hybrid working policy.
Whilst some flexibility is required, most new full-time employees spend around 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
_ The team_
Our Executive Services team consists of three 'hubs': a Document Production Specialist hub providing a transcription service, an Executive Support Assistant hub providing support with administrative tasks and a Personal Assistant hub, which you will join, providing organisational and client care support.
_ The role_
As a Personal Assistant you will deliver high quality support to a number of fee earners.
You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients as well as focussing on adding value to client / fee earner relationships.
On a day to day basis you will play an active role in:the billing process, maintaining budgetary information and financial spreadsheets; organising and maintaining diaries to include setting up a range of meetings; keeping accurate and up to date business contact lists and updating relevant systems; co-ordinating complex travel arrangements and producing travel packs / itineraries if appropriate; and carrying out specific projects and research as and when required.
_ What are we looking for?_
As you will be working with fee earners in various business groups, you will need experience of working in a Personal Assistant capacity within the legal profession.
You will also need the ability to build and maintain good working relationships, have strong attention to detail and proven organisation skills.
As well as the above skills, you must be proficient in MS Office suite.It would be great if you have experience of working in a Real Estate team, but this isn't essential.
