Description
Platinum Park Home Services are seeking administrative support for our Project Managers, Operations Managers, Surveyors & Installers. You will be based at our Worthing office.


Platinum Park Home Services provides its clients with specialist and cost-effective improvements to their "Park Homes", predominately focused on the retrofit of insulation.

We also supply and fit new Kitchens, Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, and offer total Refurbishment packages.


We operate mainly within the "Green Economy," which means the opportunity for growth within the sector is huge in relation to the UK reaching its "net zero Carbon target".

We want to further streamline and bolster our internal processes in line with this Green Growth with the help of the right individuals.


If you have administrative experience and/or you can evidence a good level of experience, comprehension and relevant skills, then we would love to talk with you.


  • Hours: 37 hours. Monday-Thursday 9am5:30pm and 9am5pm Fridays with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Managers and Project Administrators in administering the running of projects daytoday
  • To display strong communication, efficient time management & excellent attention to detail
  • Making outgoing customer and supplier phone calls
  • To liaise with customers before, during and after installations
  • Being computer literate, with excellent IT skills, you will use our own advanced inhouse CRM, as well as Google Calendars, Google Sheets, Facebook, Word, Excel, Gmail etc

  • You have meticulous administration qualities
  • You are happy to spend time on the telephone
