Pennine Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside Castleford Tigers as their hospitality staffing partner for the 2024 season

We are currently looking for 10x individuals to be part of the Tigers hospitality team, who will be providing an exceptional Matchday experience to guests at The Mend-A-Hose Jungle.

To be considered for this role you should have previous experience in a bar/hospitality setting and you will be an outgoing, warm, and confident individual who is passionate about exceeding guest expectations.

Most importantly you will know the value of Customer Service.

Duties

Responsible for greeting customers and serving a variety of drink orders both alcoholic and nonalcoholic
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
Making recommendations that delight our customers
Working as part of a team to create a friendly atmosphere our customers will love

To be successful, you will have:

Energy, passion, and motivation
A cando attitude and ability to multitask
The ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexible and unsociable hours, including all Home Game fixtures.
