This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving in-house Talent Acquisition team, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process within a busy Communications group with diverse hiring needs.

This is a great position for someone looking to broaden their recruiting experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What will you be doing:

Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists with the recruitment process across TCEG
Liaising with internal hiring managers to ensure their needs and our processes are clear
Scheduling and coordination of interviews
Accountability for keeping our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) up to date
Attend interviews where required, note taking / collating feedback / interview notes
Managing all administration relating to job offers
Responsibility for the administrative duties relating to GDPR and the retention on personal information
Administrative support and involvement in Talent Acquisition projects, when required
Reporting and Data Analytics
Support and promote TCEG's culture & values

What do you need to have:

Excellent administration skills with the management of documents and online systems
Previous experience in Recruitment or HR administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to respond to queries professionally and timely
Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
The highest levels of both internal and external customer service
Able to work under pressure with guidance in a busy environment
Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with others
Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach with an ability to use initiative
Be approachable in nature and demonstrate compassion and empathy
