    Description

    Mission:

    • Define and update supply and stock management parameters.
    • Manage internal or external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials with the required quality.
    • Update SAP Planning parameters based on business needs.
    • Align logistics parameters with IG & OG suppliers quarterly.
    • Set strategic stock levels to mitigate supply risks, escalating issues to procurement (OG supply) or supply chain planning (IG supply).
    • Prioritize supplies based on project requirements and customer needs from project management, front office, sales, and customer care.
    • Manage replenishment backlogs by creating and rescheduling manufacturing and purchase orders.
    • Evaluate supplier service levels for intragroup suppliers (ISSR) and outside group suppliers (S-OTD & U-BOL), developing action plans as needed.
    • Coordinate with the Plant Supply Chain Team, Project Managers, Warehouse & Logistics Team to manage raw material/components inventory according to the master production schedule.
    • Monitor and reduce Gross Inventory (GIT, RM, WIP, and finished goods), implementing circular economy solutions to avoid scrapping.

    Responsibilities:

    • Change catalyst for transformation journey initiatives.
    • High-level IT skills, particularly in MS Excel.
    • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain and planning roles.
    • Bachelor's Degree in a Math-Science field.
