Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Response Operative to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client's site in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with the cleaning specification and work schedules
Decontamination cleaning procedures to be adhered to at all times when attending foul cells/vehicles, SARC & crime scenes
Ensure Call Outs are responded to within 2 Hours from receiving call
Ensure documentation is completed for all call outs; this must be signed off by our client and passed to the office for processing
Complete ADHOC jobs as requested by your line manager
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained in a clean and orderly manner
Due to the nature of the work confidentiality is required at all times
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
Follow the safe use of chemicals guidance (COSHH)
To ensure the handover of any outstanding work
This role will require flexibility and may require travel outside the Essex boundary, providing support on other Incentive QAS contracts

About You:

Good communication skills
Ability to operate in a pressurised environment
Excellent time management
Attention to detail and proactive
Ability to work under own initiative and also as a member of a team
Previous experience within a similar role
Experience in working within a team as well as on your own essential
Knowledge of COSHH
Full UK driving licence is essential.
