City Elite Recruitment are delighted to be working with a globally recognised Energy Trading & Shipping firm, supporting them in their search for an Application Support Team Lead.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement an appropriate triage processto manage support calls.
  • Setting up Service Desk tools.
  • Service Desk Management, as well as reporting.
  • Ensure calls are dealt with appropriately within agreed SLA's.

Skills:


  • Experience in of Commodities Trading or Financial Services Industry.
  • Degree in Computer Science.
  • Excellent troubleshooting.
  • ITIL Production Support Framework.
