Are you advanced in the use of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to produce pivot tables, macros and vlookups? (you will be tested)

We have an exciting opportunity for you at a manufacturing company based in Leeds.

As Commercial Support Administrator, working and communicating across numerous teams, you will be responsible for analysing and using data to help the company produce salesreports.

The Role

  • Maintain, collate, and manage sales data, producing reports with key information for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Data for SDA claims
  • Send out questionnaires to customers, managing responses and relaying key insights to the wider team
  • Compile folders of information for customers
  • Issue certificates for training when completed either onsite or offsite
  • Maintain and update mailing lists
  • Update individual customer price lists
  • Provide administrative support for the price increase process, including issuing new prices lists and tracking and monitoring customer communication
What we are looking for

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to produce pivot tables, macros and v look ups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • An ability to prioritise and multitask
  • An Individual committed to continuous improvement and development
  • Working knowledge of CRM and HubSpot is desirable, but not essential

Location:
Ls26

The position is permanent and full time, 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. The client is open to flexibility, with opportunities for hybrid working available.
