Team Leader

We're looking for someone to join our mission and step up to Team Leader in our brilliant London Team.


What you'll do as a Team Leader
The Team Leader will play an integral role in the London Team, supporting the Area Manager with everyday tasks including:

  • Supporting performance management, including personal development reviews and regular team catch ups
  • Employer engagement, including visits to employer sites
  • Supporting the Area Manager to gather team and learner data and aid with the writing of reports, making sure they are clear and easy to understand
  • Helping with the recruitment of new team members, supporting with interviews and inductions
  • Ensuring learners are uptodate with all compliance regulations
  • Covering the Area Manager when they are out of the business
  • Query handling and general support for team members

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a training or assessing role within workbased learning, with an outstanding record of performance
  • Expertise in workbased learning and funding
  • Experience managing and supporting a successful team is not essential but highly desirable
  • A passion for all things networking and building great relationships
  • An enthusiastic leader with a get up and go mentality and commitment to delivering team goals
  • Travel to meet your team face to face as well as travel to employer sites is required, so we're looking for someone based close to London

A Team Leader with HIT can expect a competitive starting salary of £30,000 - £33,000 depending on your skills and experience.
