About The Role:


Customer Service Advisors required to work in the S41 area of Chesterfield.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday & Friday


Duties will include:

  • Processing customer sales/purchase orders using SAP system
  • Answering Calls and dealing with customer enquiries/queries promptly and effectiveley
  • Managing customer expected delivery dates by providing weekly chase reports to suppliers
  • Support/provide information to the sales team accurately
  • Develop/maintain relationships with both new and existing customers

Desirable Skills:


  • Must have previous admin/customer service experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Be computer literate
  • Have excellent communication skills
Team player but able to take own initiative when required

In return you will receive;


£22k per annum
