About The Role:
Customer Service Advisors required to work in the S41 area of Chesterfield.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday & Friday
Duties will include:
- Processing customer sales/purchase orders using SAP system
- Answering Calls and dealing with customer enquiries/queries promptly and effectiveley
- Managing customer expected delivery dates by providing weekly chase reports to suppliers
- Support/provide information to the sales team accurately
- Develop/maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
Desirable Skills:
- Must have previous admin/customer service experience
- Professional telephone manner
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent communication skills
